Workshop Bookings and Payment

To book the course, please fill in the booking form on this page. Please submit one form for each person you are enrolling. Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Payment can be made by internet banking – please make the bank transfer within three days to secure your place.

 

Booking confirmation and course instructions

A booking confirmation and course instructions are emailed to you once we have received your payment. If you have not received this email please check your spam folder. Please read the information carefully. Any additional information or items to bring to the course will be listed on your course instructions. If you have enrolled and not received anything from us, please contact us.

Withdrawals and Refunds

If you cancel your enrolment more than 2 weeks before the course, you will receive a 90% refund. If you cancel your enrolment less than 2 weeks but more than 1 week before the course, we will give you a 50% refund. For cancellations less than 1 week (7 days) prior to the course we cannot offer any refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend, so long as you inform us of this transfer at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to commencement of the course.

Cancellations from our side

Our courses need a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If the minimum number of participants is not reached one week (7 days) ahead of the course, we will cancel the course, and you will receive a full refund. While we try to avoid short-notice cancellations, this may at times be unavoidable, e.g. due to tutor illness our other events outside of our control. We will let you know about a cancellation as soon as we can, and you will receive a full refund.

 

Change of Details

Please let us know any change of email, phone numbers or address in case we need to contact you. We will contact you using the details we hold on file. It is your responsibility to ensure these are accurate and up-to-date.
